Center Lake is a year-round ministry and because it is feeding our guests is a year round endeavor.

During the weekend retreats and our week long Summer Camps the kitchen is staffed by at least one Shift Leader who is responsible for overseeing the other kitchen staff (often highschool students) in food prep, maintaining cleanliness in the Dining Hall, service clean up and assisting our guests as necessary. 

​

Well executed meals are just one way we care for our guests while they at camp.
